Friend and fellow children’s author Patricia Vermillion received a nice surprise, thanks to COVID-19!

The Dallas Police Officer’s Association read her picture book, Texas Chili? Oh my! to area children on a live Facebook stream! They are encouraging children to keep reading while they must be “home-schooled” to limit the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.
